Although we always strive to make your experiments as easy and worry-free as possible, we are occasionally contacted by customers seeking some assistance with the labeling of the microcentrifuge tubes in their kits. It seems that the labels can occasionally fall off or fade in experiments that require repeated freezing and heating. For those of you that have ever experienced a similar situation we have good news!
Starting immediately we have updated our labeling to a more streamlined and convenient system. Every tube will feature an improved label, which contains additional information and wont come off in the water bath! These labels are also designed to be more legible.
In addition, we are also improving the colored caps on our microcentrifuge tubes and other components, making it easier to identify specific reagents by sight. Check out the table below for a preview of the new system:
These improvements are rolling off the production line as we speak, and will soon replace all of the traditional labels throughout our kits. These are only a few of the additional features we will be incorporating to make your experiences as enjoyable as possible! Happy experimenting!
